search for an Edison to Mogul adapter, it allows you to plug in a CFL into a regular socket, here in the US of A anyway.

Any hardware place will sell 12v adaptors. Maplins is a good place to look.
Can't say how many of those fans you can use as it doesn't give electrical spec for them. You need to count up how many amps the fans use (it will say on the label) and get a psu with a little more amps than that.
Have a look on fleabay for envirolite fittings or e40 wired sockets for the bulbs. If you are using smaller ones with bayonet caps you can just buy a few wired lamp sockets from Wilkinsons / Focus / In Store.
I can't find any 2 or 3 bulb adaptors in UK.

Do i need a PSU or can't i just get this ac/dc adapter and wire it to my plug sockets some how?

and how about the 2-3 plug mogul sockets from a different country that will ship them over here?

Sorry to confuse. When I said psu I was talking about a 12v dc adaptor. You can use an old phone charger if it says it's 12v.
The double sockets should work but idk for sure as they are intended for lower voltage systems.

for the 12v adapters just go to a thrift store, there should be boxes of them to look through...just find a 12v one with high ma (milliamps) ..like maybe 800+ma...that's the cheapest route..or you can get one of those 12v adapters from walmart, radioshack or whatever..I think they're called walworts...but the great thing about those is you can control the voltage via a switch and therefore can control the temp, circulation, and the noise level.

..oh and when wiring them up to pc fans, just hook em up and see if the fan runs...if it doesn't run, then switch the wires...you don't have to worry about frying them if you hook em up wrong..they just won't work.
