Gender Help!

I really cant figure out for the life of me the gender of this indoor grown from seed plant, have read and looked at plenty of the ident guides on here and am still at a bit of a loss...

I am sorry for some reason either the angle or the light I cannot tell if those are balls or pods. here is a pic of a hermie is this the same thing ?

maybe a female to compare to your will help? There is also a google search for cannibus gender identification should pop up a side by side/ Might be to early to tell how old is that plant and the time into flowering?

the rule of thumb i go by is
if its a female you will know for sure!!
in about a week of flowering or less there will be an unmistakable white hair in the area yur looking at.

if it is anything other than that then im sorry you have a male.
the sacs always look different it could be a tall or round sac but if its not a simple white hair then chop it.

im guessing you have a male being that you have to ask what gender it is

It could be swollen calyxes. This is something that growers don't take into account.
Some plants flower slower than others, thus resulting in swollen calyxes. A calyx is where the hair grows out of. Just a thought.

I'll throw in another vote for the male, 100%. Sorry bro.

male, most likely, it doesnt hurt to wait and make sure though, within a week at the most it should become quite apparent, a male cannot pollinate another plant from a few young male flowers that are very far from being mature and ready to pop.

well I was not sure about that---so I posted some reference pics---but they kind of looked like the seed sac she has.

why would the caylxes be swelling up like they do later in flowering when it hasnt even shown any hairs or anything yet? I guess its possible, but i really really doubt it, the white hairs are the first thing that appears when it starts flowering.

Just a general followup question, had 2 other babies started from seed at same time as this boy, any opinions on the chances of the other two being males? they arent showing any signs of sex/flowering just yet

you got about a 50/50 chance i would guess.

50/50 just aint good enough, next time around its clones all the way dang it!

^Or you could go with feminized seeds. I love them, and never had a hermie problem yet. But, from what I've read, some strains are more prone to going hermie(from fem seeds), so you might want to ask around before buying a strain. IDK, I don't worry about it too much, I figure they wouldn't be selling them if people were having hermie problems.
