Gelato stretch

Hello
I have gelato that grows in coco. veggie in week 3. Super healthy. No problems.
ifeed them flora micro and flora gro, CalMag and hygrozime.
however, this is the first time they are stretching faster then the bottom can develop. Kind of unusual.
is there a trick with a temperature or anything else I can use to slow them down?

Micro, grow + calmag is alot of nitrogen in the mix. Thats an npk of 3.5-.5-3.5, without the calmag factored in.
Maybe try bloom and micro at 1:1, which is an npk of 2.5-2.5-2.5 or all 3 equal(npk 2.3-2-3.7) parts has vegged well for me.
Also, light height and just the genetics could play a role.
I have found that veggingg under 24hrs i get less stretch too.

You are right. I also give them nitrogen booster once a week.
I should stop with that and give them 2 ml flora bloom instead of the booster? them to

This is General Hydroponics feed chart for the flora 3 part.
I'd recommend following the light feed schedule with light dose of calmag if you're using RO water.

Thank u. I’m using regular water. Not RO. With coco I decided to use a bit cal mag. Is it a mistake?

I would use it a low dosage or if plants show they're deficient.

I think I found my problem for stretching.
I used below product once a week for two weeks.
it works well under LED but stretches out of control under CFL lights.
