GC Hydro is a rip off!!!

i just bought three net cups and some rockwool off of GC Hydro (dot) com and they said that my order didnt go through. so i went to my credit card page and it said i was charged!!! WHAT DO I DO!!!

i tried to but they dont have one really its just tell me how u like the store

you can call your bank and stop payment

well i used a pre-paid 100dollar card so i cant call the bank i think

Even if its pre paid there still should be an issuing bank, Thats who you contact. Dont they have a Phone number?? Call them

I have ordered from them before without problems and they normally reply to emails in a day or two. I am not sure, but I think the dudes name is Mike and you can send email to Mike@ whatever their email is (could be Matt but I think it was Mike... PM me if mike does not work and I will try to find the emails, has been couple months since i ordered from there)

Also, as has already been said, their should still be a number on the back of your card even if it is prepaid and they should be able to stop payment and refill your card.
