Gauged Ears?

they will close,it just takes a really long time.sofar a yr for me and there getting there,another yr and completely closed
after mine completely close im puttin reg earings in again,maybe 14g at the most.cant wait.i had 5rings in each ear,a 9/16,a 10g,14,16,and a reg in corner of ear in cartilage.im deff getting the corner pierced again,it was my favs on each ear.

Hi whoop, I am not trying to pose off of anyone but because I am at 7/16" you think I am? I find that very odd. I do not speak to anyone else with gauged ears....

I used to work at a kiosk, where i had to deal with bitchy kids that arnt popular in school but on myspace they are whores..
i have a few friends with double 0's in fact at a spencers one time a bitchy lady was complaining about a avenged 7fold hat because it had "heinous" skulls on it.. so i air grinded her because she was yellin at my friend with dubs.
but the difference is my friend buddy of mine since middle school.. anyone who knows him, knows he isnt a poser..
I dont know you, but if you showed up at the mall with 7/16s, alot of my drug buddys would think you were a scenekid at first.

Your friends can think what they want because I am far from a "scene kid" LOL. I wear regular blue jeans and band shirts. I listen to punk and classic rock, that's it. I think if I saw your friend with 00's I would think the same of him.

Yeah when I wearing jewelery I can get almost all the way through my ear with the pinkie, but without jewelery I am going right through. Thinking about going to 1/2", is it worth it?

I couldn't agree more t dub. Ever since I started I haven't been able to get enough. How long did it take you to get where you are at now?Yeah its worth it. My lady has 1/2 in her ears. Streching is fun.

two years ago, I would have been all about gettin dubs..why? because they were original..
but like all things that are popular get merchandised, Hot topic for example is a merchandise store. before the store was really born or brought, people made tape wallets and tape belts, and they got there shirts from shows..
I had a friend who was dirt poor, and he had brought a jean vest and some jean pants..thats it!
he then managed to get a shitload of studs/band patches and even a sepultura flag and put it on the bottom of his vest.
now you can get them from hot topic without really experiencing the life style that.
Just because you have some gauges, doesnt make you a scenekid/poser or whatever, saying you are from buying it from some online/mall store and then ultimatly saying you are is..
you can look at it all you want music is the same way.. I like underground rap, I like local bands and I enjoy subculture music..
When they get big or launch off to be sucessful, im still a fan, but when it changes to the point where there way different from the beginning..ya know

i dont have them but a few friends do they put wine bottle corks in them and glow sticks sometimes i thi nk they look cool but i dont have anymore piercings i had a few in my ears 1 in my libre(spelling) middle lip and another on my right lower lip and another one through my septum but they are all gone now they look gnarly on girls but i like em on guys

I had mine stretched to an inch have had them out for years now and the holes are still pretty significant. I also had my ampallang stretched to a 10 guage, that hurt extremely bad, and I had a 3/8" in my septum which got pretty uncomfortable. My wife had her conch dermal punched at a 00 blood everywhere it was pretty cool to watch, she also had both of her achilles done lots of blood there too.

My oldest son had his gauged a while back, maybe about 7/16" I'm gonna guess (close to 1/2"), and it looks really good. Only thing is, it's not like the piercings I used to have where they pretty much disappeared if I took the rings out. Gauging seems more like a tattoo to me, it's far more permanent.Hey all,
I was wondering if anyone here on my favorite website RIU has gauged ear lobes? I have had mine gauged for a few months and am at 7/16". I really like it and since it doesn't affect my job I couldn't be happier. What is everyone else's thoughts on this?
