Don't let the label fool you. The makers call it "bath salts" or "plant feeder" and are sold under a variety of brand names, but experts say it's really fake cocaine. The labels also usually say it's "not for human consumption" but in a drug alert sent in December, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency said teens are snorting it to get high. The DEA said it gives users euphoria and extreme energy, but they'll also appear agitated, suffer from hallucinations, or worse.

Ahhh yes, this reminds me of the whole 'K2' thing. Where these greasy headed brainless teens were going around smoking the K2 shit. Which, if these kids today had half of a brain.. they would realize that, that shit is nothing more than incense. Which is used to make your house or a specific area smell better. It wasn't made for people to smoke.. but hey, try telling a teenager/kid that.. especially these days.

I mean, if kids/teens want to go out and be ignorant.. and snort fucking bath salts.. and smoke incense.. let them do it. Let them pay the consiquences.. which may not only be jail time.. but could and more than likely will eventually cause them health problems. It may not be immediate.. but eventually it will catch up with ya.

So, again.. I say, if kids/teens wanna be ignorant and smoke/snort these things.. let them do it. Let them learn the hard way!! Sometimes thats the only thing that works... letting them learn the hard way.

I'm not saying I didn't do stupid shit when I was young.. but I can say that I never tried smoking fucking incense.. or snorting bath salts.. I mean come on. How desperate are these kids/teens??!

Its just the way kids/teens are these days. Not able to use their brains.. lol. Morons.

hahah i know right, but then again how many of us buy as uncle ben would say' snake oil products' not knowing exactly whats in them.

This is a perfect description of Mephedrone. Yes, Mephedrone is an amphetamine. MDPV which is in Ivory Wave bath salts, is neither a Amphetamine or Tropane. Although the effects are more of a Cocaine rush with minimal Ecstasy-like euphoria.

K2 and Spice may have been marketed as Incense and what not but they were smoking blends with JWH-018 in them. A Synthetic Cannabinoid. They were meant for smoking and where incredibly far from being Incense.

the side effects seem similar to any other drug. if you listened to a police scanner on a friday and saturday night there are crazy amount of calls of overdoses. so it seems the risks are the same as doing alot of your other drugs like coke and meth or whatever
