Hello RIU!

Anyone ever tried this light schedule method? Does it work? Is it worth it? If yes, I'd like some more details and how to maximize yield using it, which are the benefits (except the obvious electricity cut) in terms of yield and quality of buds if there are any. In short, I'd like to know more on this topic, what's your opinion..

Also I didnt notice any noticable change in growth rates I also think I was a bit slow on turning up my cmh it was at 50% for the first two weeks then i turned it up by 10% over the course of the last two weeks
