Today I dropped my pruning sheers and had the sharp tip stick my big toe. :cuss:
Usually when you cut yourself you have to wait for the blood... but I guess I never realized how much blood pressure you have in your feet (due to gravity).

But rather than raising the affected area, and applying pressure to the wound, I just wrapped in in a dirty towel (so I didn't bleed all over the place), and jumped in the shower.

I though it might be funny to start this thread; a of list of your gardening/construction accidents, falling objects sheet metal, electrocutions, poisonings, etc. :joint:

Best I can come up with is I was stoned when I set the timer for the lights and I kept thinking why won't these damned plants flower for the next three weeks. I had them set to 14 hours of light. Dumb but it was my first grow so I don't feel too stupid.

Last year I cut one of my fingers pretty bad when I was taking clones.

When I take cuttings, I use a fresh razor blade right out of the box.

I was in an awkward position kneeling down on the balls of my feet. Right when I was setting up to make the cut my leg trembled. So the blade went straight down the back of my ring finger as I tried to keep myself from falling over. It wasn't stitches bad, but it was a 2 inch long cut.

At least the blade was ultra sharp, though. I barely felt it... until about 30 seconds after it happened.

Last night I helped a buddy move his monster plant out of the woods because it fell over. It's a blast walking through bramble and thorn bushes at night in the rain. We both slipped and fell in the mud at least 20 times in the course of a half mile. The 5 gal. bucket that weighs probably 60 or 70 lbs. (not including 8 foot plant that's in it) fell on my foot a couple times, and I'm pretty sure I broke a toe.
