You should be able to pry track back in place
Is the paneling of the door hollow section or just pressed sheetmetal ?
If it is just pressed sheet metal you could fix it easy
You just need 2 people , one on the front side holding some kind of dolly ( a block of hard wood or a heavy smooth block of steel ) against dent
Other person behind door hitting exact same dent with a mallet or hammer , you have to be accurate where you hit with the hammer though
If you miss exactly where dolly is being held you will make it 50x worse
You don't have to wack the shit out of it either (or you will stretch the material the door is made from )
Just keep tapping it untill dent is flattened out , you may have to sand out small marks left or use some kind of filler then re-paint
Hope this helps you out !
I think I can just like unscrew these rusty ass bolts and remove the wheel altogather then the garage door should upen some where I will be able to just realighn it and screw it back in u see what im sayin? u see those 2 rusty ass bolts?

Yup he knows his shit. Me without a second person I'd heat the mother and whack it using a 2x4 to distribute the energy. Lately everyone has had a great laugh at me saying pole too :) Mallet and pole? Is it my accent?

yeah that shit comes out in segments.......
well true, but it won't be easy to find a panel that matches. one that doesn't match will make it look worse, like those beat up nissans and toyotas with one fender or door a different color than the rest.

plus, that bend in one panel has warped the rest of the door most likely. once metal bends, it's not gonna be quite the same, even if you can bang it back into place, resand, finish, etc.

it'll probably be easiest and cheapest to find a new door for cheap at a rebuild center or the like. i've never put one in, but it can't be that tough.

i was thinking you'd have to pry the thing with a shitload of force. crowbars, 2x4s, some big burly dudes, some cocaine or some PCP.

Sounds like a good place to start , you might need some anti-seize by the look of those bolts though
Just as you said , take bolts out pull wheel back , move door out the way , re-aline wheel into track , move door back into position , bolt back up .
I would try to get door straight before bolting wheel back on .

Bang the dents out is what he's sayin just don't whack it hard tap it wth a rubber mallet at the ends of the creases with something on the other side so it won't bend out the other way
