There is going to be some weight there. If you have a scrap yard nearby, you might be able to find the rolls of heavy wire used in concrete. {or if you are friends with someone at the County Recycle place. I took a load of junk, and returned with two partial rolls} But 2x4 dog wire will work. I paid about 70 bucks per 100' roll when I was fencing the garden.If they keep growing wider then yes I will be using a trellis net. But the next step for me is to run cord in a X shape every 3 feet on the inside to help support the inner branches. Since I have never used this method of growing I'm having to make it up as I go along.
Done in stages, and I only take the fan leaves. I dry trim so I only trim as needed.How do you plan on trimming? Isn't it going to take like 20 hours for each plant?
