G13 Quick Silver Aerogarden 6 elite+ grow.

Hey everyone I'm kinda new here posting but I've read endless amounts of others threads. I got a freebie from Attitude of a G13 Quick Silver which according to the website should autoflower. I just got an Aerogarden 6 elite+ with the extended lamp arm and trellis kit. It came with 2 Ruby Heriloom cherry tomato pods. Since this was freebie and I have nothing to lose if this doesn't work I decided to gut one of the pods and grow the quick silver. I"m also growing the tomato at the other end of my aerogarden. I was just planning on letting the light schedule stay on the tomato setting since it should autoflower anyways. I am also so far only using my standard aerogarden hood. So far I'm almost 2 weeks into it from seed (started from seeds in aerogarden January 9th) and have just used the nutes that came with it. I used the starting nutes so far because the light hasn't came on for me to add any. Feedback is welcome good or bad. I'm posting some pictures as well. Sorry for the high rant and thanks for those who took the time and checked out my thread.

Heres more pics I took today of the tomatoes and other plants. This is a picture of a plant I got from bag seed. From what I've observed this is a very hardy plant. My leaves have this weird discoloration. I have a picture of it does anyone know whats causing it. Thanks in advance.

Awesome if you have a grow journal let me know and I'll definately check it out. No I haven't checked my ph yet but I probably will tomorrow all I have are the ph strips for aquariums. I'm going to build a hydro setup soon and most likely will invest in a digital ph reader. This was just kind of like an experimental grow to see if this autoflower strain could grow alongside a tomato plant using all the same things as the tomato does from aerogarden except I added 2 more airstones and another pump for that added oxygen. Thanks for checking out my thread. Post pics of yours if you want. What strain are you growing?

Ok. So today I did a few things. My aerogarden got unplugged but oh well no big deal so today I reset my lights and luckily tomorrow was my 2 week mark into this grow so I just added the nutes myself since my plants are looking a little nute deficient anyway possibly? (<--- Comment welcome? Then reset the add nutes light. I also moved another light over my plant to keep it form stretching to much. The new light I put over it is a 26 watt CFL with 6500k spectrum. If anyone could tell me whats going on with the leaves it'd be greatly appreciated hopefully it was just time to add some nutes. The tomatoes kind of have the same looking spots as well.

What kind of nutes are you using? I would recomend from my AG exp., to get some hydro nutes. I use GH for many years now. there are many good nutes out there, buying some good nutes will let you control what your plants are getting. w/ the GH 3 part, 1 quart of each would last for a couple grows in an aerogarden, maybe more.

Thanks for the advice. I'll probably order some soon. I was trying to make it work with the AG Nutes just fore experimental purposes but didn't know if it would work or just be pointless. Thanks for all your quick replies on all my questions btw. I also seen your SCoG that's sick I'd love to be able to do that eventually.

Ok so I think my leaf discoloration problems were from me misting my plants then the lights coming on and burning them. The reason being the new growth of new leaves do not show any discoloration except on the tips where they were just starting to grow the day I misted. I've attached pictures of my aerogarden grow of tomatoes and my plant. Also another picture of a plant I have going from earlier then when I started this journal.
