all of my pineapple express plants were really upper and high not stoned..

so it really depends on the high your looking for.. do u like to be up like a coffee type high.. or down like a opiate kind of high..

lol.. its faster for clears to go cloudy.. then cloudy to go amber..

looks great so far.. I bet if u let em go a extra week.. I guarantee u will be super pleased with your results.. .. also.. dry trim.. let em dry for 8-14 days... slow dry allows for some very tasty meds..

This is my second grow but I'm counting it as my first since I now have everything right. Didn't have all the right equipment and rushed into it. But this time I read a lot of journals and did a lot more research. I like the up high during the day and the stoned high at night when I'm home. I have 3 clones of the PE going now plus some blue og and thc bomb.

Well the PE has been harvested!!! 17 hours of trimming but she's all hung and starting to dry. Total wet weight was just over 6 pounds hopefully after cure I'll be left with 2. Had some really nice colas 147 g 158 g 177 g 183 g were the biggest and most were all in the 50's - 70 range. Had to try some of the resin scraped off the trimmers. Spicy fruity taste but def a sativa high!!!!! Thanks for all the advise and comments it really helped. I'll let you all know how it turned out in a couple weeks!!

What size pots were you using and what's the size of your grow tent? Great grow by the way lets us know how it smokes after it cures for some time

I use 5 gallon dwc buckets with 10 inch net pot lids. With a 6 inch round air stone in each bucket. I flower in a 4x4x7 tent. Under 600 watt hps. I'm going to the 10ft x 5ft x 7ft tent next with 2 1000 watt hps. Getting ready to order them now as I'm turning half my garage into my new room.

I grew a single PE seed a couple years back, and I wasn't blown away by the strain. It just wasn't my favorite flavor but some people loved that shit. It was completely triched up and yielded halfway descent under a 400w HID light. I got a little over 2 ozs. of frosty buds that were pretty damn dense. The buds weren't rock hard, but they had very little give to them. I agree with most people that the smell didn't remind me of pineapple's at all. It was more of a tropical rotten fruit smell. That smell didn't transfer over to the taste completely. It was kind of lost in translation if you know what I mean. It just had more of that normal weed taste. The buzz was like a mix of head and body. It wasn't a very strong head high, but it definitely had a nice body stone. It caused me couch lock, but I was smoking the shit out of it so I imagine that is why! I didn't think this strain was nearly as bad as some people say on here, but I wasn't impressed by it either. I would say that it was an average strain, and I have grown some strains that were so much better.The plant grew out to be about average in height after being topped multiple times and it didn't stretch to much after the flip to 12/12. It was an easy plant for me to grow. It is a definite beginner plant. I still have another single PE seed in the vault that I will probably never grow again. Anyways I hope that you got a great pheno and really enjoy your harvest!
