G13 Fact or Urban legend?

The United States government did breed a strain, it's the same smoke they continue to send to 4 medical patients to this day. That's right- even though the government claims no medical value for marijuana (making a schedule 1 narcotic), they simultaneously send a can of 300 rolled joints per month to the 4 patients who were "grandfathered" in. Hypocritism at it's finest. The federal government started a medical marijuana system but stopped accepting new patients because of too many requests after the AIDs epidemic in the 80's. Not very loving of them, but they stopped prescribing it claiming "it has no medical value, blah blah blah" only they had to continue to supply the people who already held a prescription. Before you troll me, look it up- every bit of it is true.
Now, whether or not the strain they are supplying these people with is G13 is up for debate, because I have no idea. I do not believe it's fake though, I doubt Sensi Seeds would use a fake strain for their crosses; I've always thought of them as pretty legit breeders myself. It's silly to even say that it's fake, Finest Medicinal seeds has a "G13" (as well as Dr. Greenthumb)- even if it's not a secret government strain it's still real, I promise... You can order it and hold it in your hands = real to me.

I hate how breeders think they must use a trendy name to sell seeds, I believe honesty and quality is what sells seeds (unless a teenage girl is buying them, then stupid names and fake flavors make the sale.) Like G13 Labs and their "Pineapple Express" - decent strain but came out AFTER the movie and breeders releasing "their" White Widow when they don't even use the same parent strains as the original (Brazilian X South Indian.)

g13 is certainly not the strain they grow at the university... the weed they put out from there has some stupid low thc counts and im pretty sure there just killing themselves off those 300 joints a month, just soley from all the carcinogens. if it was twice as potent, they wouldn't need so much.

That's 10 joints a day, I hear you on the potency factor. But even 10 a day isn't enough to damage your lungs, I saw a study showing that cannabis has a way of 'cleaning' your lungs as you smoke, negating any tar that may have accumulated while you were smoking. I'll go try to find it; I'm sure there's a limit to it but even I have those days where I might smoke almost 10. These people are almost like celebrities though, they probably smoke it with their buddies and sell it when they're broke (haha, j/k.) If you have been smoking prescriptions since the 70's/80's you're going to need a lot of sessions to stay high no matter what strain you have, none are that strong. If G13 was really created by the government though, then it is grown at the university, atleast that's where the most compelling evidence supposedly comes from.
