I went to a lutheran summer camp a couple times even though I'm episcopal. The didnt like cursing but you could call people Ace Face or Bozo. I like Inane Drone, which Oscar called Felix in the Odd Couple original series. Lightweight (light in the brains dept.) is also good as is Butt Munch.
