looks like salt build up to me locking out mg and K which is what happens.

recommended dosage for month old plants is too much-back off to half-would say excessive ferts=excessive salts=burn and lockout.
those ones in the soil are a diff story-there seems to be a micro nute deficiency-looks like could be sulphur or iron-best bet for them is to add some fine dolomite lime to the soil and water with molasses-something serious going on here
