Hey guys sorry for such a simple question but could anybody please let me know how much peroxide I would need for 9 plants?
I have a 200ml bottle peroxide ive read that the ratio is 4:1 which gives me 1L to work with, should I just give each plant like 110mls like an hour before a feed or do I need to drown the soils?
Thankyou in advance for your help!

is it that bad even in coco?
Like my plants are in flower, am I really that bad off without these bacterias anyway?

Can you get some Diatomaceous Earth or Gnat Nix type product? I've used DE with great success, but it is kinda messy.

I don't think 3% Peroxide would hurt in coco, mixed about 4 to 1 would seem safe to me..I've not had any real luck with it though.

Try a foam bath of Dawn dish detergent, Not anti microbial.
I have used this for little crawlies.
I use a 1/4 tsp per gallon, fill till runoff and wash foam down with a sprayer after 10 minutes.

I have a resevoir in my veg, I add some weekly.

My hypothesis for why this works is the glycerin or soap cling to the life and choke off oxygen.

That Is my guess why it works,I have done it for well over a year and never once hurt my plants.

Bless,
DZ

Thanks, I flushed my indica plants with the peroxide solution the are only just starting flower.
Worse case scenario I will re-vamp my coco with bacterias VIA thirdparty additives.
I've hung 18 fly-papers in one tent from top to bottom, should deal with the adults.
i'll see how bad the infest in the other tent is given ive only seen 3 or so in there before I peroxide wash.
I might just good a better agent for the flower tent, cause I REALLY had to deal with the other tent had heaps of the cunts for about 2 weeks now couldn't wait any longer

Alright so 3 plants are 100% gnat free at this stage only 12 hrs after the wash.
The other 2 plants obviously didn't get as much liquid onto the medium to bring out the gnats as there are still a few on those plants after I just fed all of them.
But it shouldn't be a problem as I have way to many fly papers up, even laying on the medium so as soon as they emerge bang laters you gnatty fucks.

FWIW: I use posterboard to cover the container's top. I cut a circle out of posterboard so there is 1-2" overhang. I cut a slot into the center so it can slip past the plant's stalk. I make *two* of these so their slots are opposed. This cuts down my gnat problems.

I've been thinking about buying panty hose to put on the bottom of my containers to block the drain holes. But, for now I do fine just spritzing some EcoSmart peppermint/rosemary spray I found at Home Depot. That stuff irratates the gnats. I spray it after every watering, around the base of the container. That seems to keep things in check down there for 2-3 days until the next watering.

I'm in a dry climate. I don't know how covering the soil would work in Florida (for example). You might need some fabric to stretch over the top so it will breathe.

I used a mix of peroxide at a rate of 1:2 so it was twice as strong as the recommended dose.
Aslong as that keeps the numbers down for a week until I can go and find some DE, as that stuff does not frequent the shelves near me.
I only had maybe 100 flies inside my whole tent, so I wouldn't call the infestation a bad one.
