Fungus gnats! Hellllpppp

So I poste this over in the hydro section also but you guys always help faster. First it was mites that I got rid of now this.

Hey so I deff think I have fungus gnats. Everything I read is how to kill them in soil I'm DWC. Started with seeing 1 or 2 gnats thought just from outside, just changed the res and they doubled in numbers. It also appeared to be the the shell that they come out of in the roots in the res. please help I'm lost bc this is in water an everything says stop watering...

use mosquito dunks and bits, dump them in your res and they will take care of the larvae, use fly traps to take care of the adults. i had a huge infestation still have a few hanging around the dunks helped a lot but im in soil and i was able to add a layer of sand on the top of containers wich really controlled them.

How far along are you? If it's just clones trash them and remove the problem 100%.

H202,good air flow and sticky traps will do it 100% of the time. When you get spider mites, thats when you should start to worry lol.

Cool thanks!! Where do I get those? I read about them wasn't sure they're safe in the res. where do I get this stuff? I'm hydro. No soil? Already had spider mites when she she first sprouted. Took the baby out carefully change the clay cleaned like crazy an dipped it in soap water mix. And my H2O2 are you talking about hydrogen peroxide? Thanks guys. I've seen probably 5 gnats. Killed 2 but when I changed the res saw something funky in the roots deff looked like larva casings. Maybe 4-5. Haven't seen any flyin today. And she's 6 weeks into veg. Holy grail kush. 26$ bean. So far doesn't look like a great yeilder. It's my 4th grow. Had SSH that just looked way better at this point. And I was yielding almost 1g/watt. Annoyed I didn't clone it again. Needed to change things up. Stupid move. Should have built another room lol

Cool thanks 1oz/gal right? Should I do this with no nutes just run it for a day then add my nutes? Since the peroxide will turn into H2O at that point?

Someone reported me sorry about that. But yea no nutes I would do it that way but the stuff works perfect an measurements im not sure of
