Fungas Gnats

Started my seeds inside in good soil .But I think I have a few fungas Gnats will be inside for a few more weeks till going into the big outdoors. What is safe to use on MJ to get rid of this gnat problem. besides sticky tape? Something to treat the soil? Want to nip this problem in the bud!
