Fully off grid grow no plug battery light strips

Hi i found these light strips i have 8 ish square feet grow 2m by 2m ish 1.5m tall
6-10plants and no plug totally off grid i am going to wire these to batteries with a timer and i was wondering how many meters of this i should buy or if i should buy this

USB powered? Those might be fine for a nano grow in a PC case, but that's about it. If you can't afford quality LED lights then I would suggest going with HPS.

I actually looked into what I’m gonna say is pretty much those same exact lights and they are trash. Burn out in a few hours from all the reviews I read and the ones that didn’t burn out didn’t grow the plants. I was gonna use them for supplimental lights but it’s not even worth the frustration

led strips are kind of my only option cause there is no power and bulbs and generators batteries all that i have looked into ALOT and none are a possibility so i need a light with battery

Then you are shit out of luck, unless you have a HUGE bank of batteries tied to a generator or a large array of solar panels. If we all could grow plants with 5V diode strips then don't you think we would be? You need real lights or you need to use the sun.

Have you a solar setup to keep your batteries charged?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this isn't going to work. You have two options... re-think things entirely after you understand that without reliable electricity, you can't do an indoor grow so you'll either need a generator that you continuously re-fuel, or a rather significant solar configuration to keep your batteries charged, taking into consideration cloudy and shorter winter days. The solar setup will cost a couple of grand at least after you acquire the panels, batteries, charge controller (MPPT), wiring, breakers, connectors and a good DC-AC inverter.

You say you're completely off-grid. I know all about that. I recommend just growing outdoors.

i have been growing for 2 years now but because i have moved houses i have moved my operation off grid underground outside and it is possible to grow 6-10 plants on battery not easy or the best way but possible i have been thinking about this for along time and done alot of research id like to know ur thoughts on how i should do this i was thinking many meters of led strips and battery then their is no need for plugs or anything cause i have battery fans and battery equipment

Buy a small greenhouse.
Otherwise you are looking at buying at least 300w of solar panels, and a couple 8d batteries... Probably in the neighborhood of 3 grand if you diy, then you can buy the light

No i cant use solar panels this is totally off grid cant be noticeable solar panels and generators are a no go

Im thinking led strips cause they are cheap and have aa batteries or i can wire aa batteries to them are led strips any good for ur plants and what led strips would those be hmm this is quite the head scratcher but not impossible

Yes, it is impossible, unless you have enough AA batteries wired together to fill a school bus. What you are trying to do is bypass the laws of physics and I have yet to meet or hear about any person who has been able to achieve that.

Think about it in terms of grams per watt... How many grams you want?
Now figure out how many batteries it will take for a single 4 or 5 month grow.

Are you for real man. You sound like a troll. And why are you using sq ft with meters? You either use the Metric system or the Imperial system. Or you're like 13.

I have allready calculated forgot to put in post i need 650w ish and 650w in batteries is alot of batteries but that's okay cause every other solution is just as even more expensive if there is 1

All you need to do is get 433 Duracell AA batteries and hook them in series. That will give you about 650w. Then just replace them every few hours. Easy peasy.

I think you need to do a little research on battery capacity and amp hours. You are doing nothing more than wasting your time on this idea.

Yes i am for real i am not 13 and i use sqaure feet cause we use sqaure feet in my country and i gave information in both metric and imperial system cause most peoble don't know both they use the one in they're country stop trolling posts man u don't have to troll peoble to feel better about yourself pls dont post if u r not trying to help ty

The fact that you even considered AA batteries leads me to believe that you are either trolling or you have no business even attempting to do this. Why would you think about using AA batteries instead of something like large LiPo batteries or deep cell large capacity batteries?

To generate 650 watts, he will need 217 hamsters since each one only puts off 3 watts.
