No. Only bulbs you can use are CFLs, metal halide, hps.

i was just wondering cause it was full spectrum but im using cfls right now

Full spectrum has been proven to be problematic to actual plants. They become confused when any wavelengths beyond "natural sun" are exceeded. Or can become severely deficient in natural sun wavelengths if these wavelengths are not met at a minimal standard of lumenosity.

It probably will work. But not to grow plants with.
