I must agree with Nice Ol Bud's IN-DEPTH NUTRIENT GUIDE it is very good for newcommers it does not claim to be 100 percent of all cannibus needs. He merely forgot to include a link to Merriam- Webster for those unable to understand what a "guide" is.
