Full nug run!'

ive been practicing an open blast into a Pyrex wit trim and popcorn nugs and have been getting a solid 10% return. I did my fist full nug run and got a freak product but unfortunately could not achieve a great yield, 56 grams yielded me around 6.7 grams what was no better than the trim run. Any ideas on how to increase the yield?

I don't want to be that guy but I have to say it. do it outside. ok now how much did you blast through? as in how much butane did you use? was it running clear? did you break the nug up at all? how well packed in the tube ? do you grind up your material?
