Thats pretty.
Some strains and phenos just do this.
Its out of your control.

This here is genetics. Maybe a colder grow room made it as colorful as it is.

This is also a sign of coming to the end of the grow. Two more weeks is not needed.

Do you have a loupe to check the trich's?

If thats legit white widow and its at 8 weeks then you should be harvesting soon.
If you have not flushed it yet do that and then harvest once you give it a good flush.

Gawd that's purty! As a former landscaper, another reason I love this plant for its ornamental value... how pretty would that be with a backdrop of japanese maple? It is doubtful the laws will relax to that point in my lifetime, but a girl can hope! Get out the fork as she's about done!

Nothing wrong with her bud. Nothing wrong with her at all.. IMO. The coloring of the leafs your seeing.. is 100% normal. Especially for a plant thats 8 weeks into flowering.

Cannabis.. once it gets mature enough into flowering (sometimes earlier) the leafs will start to 'autumn up'. They run off the same principles as the trees do.. as fall season gets close.. you'll see all the beautiful colors in the leafs of the trees.. right? Well, same thing with cannabis.. the plants fan leafs will begin to 'autumn up' and change color. It's completely normal buddy..

btw, those things look really good for a first time grower. Keep up the good work!

peace.

"every little ting, gunna be allright..."

The plant is metabolizing the remaining nutrients in the soil and coming to the end of its life cycle, it is now autumn in your grow room.. Its just your pretty plant is doing exactly what it is supposed to do.. leaves changing colour and buds thickening up...

The phenotype of the plant can also allow this to be more prominent in some plants when not in others.. I was able to get a purple and forest green plants and buds out of my last crop, and they all came from two seeds from the same mother... the first generation varied in type, but the next gen was either one or the other, purple or green.. it was pretty cool to see the different colours (BTW that is how you spell colour in canada....not color...lol)...

But my friend, your plant is one of the prettiest ones I have seen.. .. Hats off to you!!

I totally agree!!! but imagine the return call you get as a landscaper...

"Um, hi... hello... Someone cut down that pretty purple bushes you put in my front yard again...Why does this happen every october?"no0
"cough..cough.., really? again mam? well I will be out there to plant another 10 like last year.. and yes, sorry I am going to have to charge you for the labour again, but I've got some really good seeds for this next crop, um.....I mean, season....and hopefully they will make it past october this year "

by cutting out the nutes for the last week you forced the plant to draw all of its reserves from the leaves. basically what you are experiencing is a nutrient deficiency. there are many opinions on whether or not you should allow your plants to do this. people have been doing it for years, so you will be fine. check those trichs, but i doubt that plant has even a week left.

well thanks for the feedback
now I am thinking of letting the plant go into full darkness for 2-3 days I have read that it is good to do that and then chop chop:-P:weed:bongsmilie:bigjoint:

I stole this randomly from the web:

When leaves appear green, it is because they contain an abundance of chlorophyll. Chlorophyll masks other pigment colors. Anthocyanins, in turn, mask carotenoids. As summer turns to autumn, decreasing light levels cause chlorophyll production to slow. However, the decomposition rate of chlorophyll remains constant, so the green color will fade from the leaves. At the same time, anthocyanin production in leaves increases, in response to surging sugar concentrations. Leaves containing primarily anthocyanins will appear red. Leaves with good amounts of both anthocyanins and carotenoids will appear orange. Leaves with carotenoids but little or no anthocyanins will appear yellow.
She's a pretty plant.
