This year has been absofuckinglutely horrible for my grows. I had a dozen of the most perfect Romulan's growing. About 16" tall, dark green, so bushy you could barely find the stem if you looked. A good friend of mine, a farmer, said I needed to add half a cup of 5-10-15 to each pot, so I did. Two weeks later, they were all dying from the bottom up and I knew I had royally fucked up and there was no saving them, not even with flushing. I had one seed left (Barney's Farm Dos So Dos 33) so I ran it and everything was fine last Friday. I had to go out of town for three days, and today when I got back, fucking bud mold had completely taken over. It's in a 10 x 10 grow tent in soil mix. I burned sulfur and I think the fumes killed the plant. So... after wringing my hands for awhile I decided to chop it. Just fucking shitty fucking bad luck that I had to go out of town after carefully watching over my baby for so long. Sorry, I just had to vent; this has never happened to me before.

Yeah that is very bad luck that sucks hopefully your next run turns out better

I actually just won a giveaway for some romulan never tried before all I heard was potent. Our grow got hit with rot and mold outdoors this year the amount of stuff chopped out would fill a small grow tent. If you're still wanting to run romulan I'll share some if you want. There just regs tho. Waiting for mail to come in.

Sorry to hear that brother. Shit does suck bc if you finish a grow, almost guaranteed to be better than at least mid tier from a dispensary. And most of us do have a special passion for growing. If its any condolence, my first grow I had to chop early bc outdoors and bud rot started. My second grow I didn't get to finish bc life got in the way. This 3rd grow will(hopefully) be my first true finish.

How in the hell did a tent get bud rot? is the tent not inside? how did enough moisture build up? I've just not heard of bud rot in a tent much at all. Not a put down growmie, I ask to learn bongsmilie

EDIT: guess a stupid question on my part, re-reading your post I see you came back to it having taken over the girls. So who knows if it was just over lapping leaves or what.

We grew a Bruce banner this year outdoors and the buds were just covered in rot, mold from rain and being so dense. Then I told my buddy in here and he said yes he grew Bruce and had some on his indoor ones in tent he's one of the season growers around. They just get to dense even outside the stems are so thin trying to hold up monster buds. Way to much breeding causing terrible strains, can't hold up to elements or just grow in normal conditions. Right genetics and seed banks from now on.

Damn, I would love to be able to grow beauties like that! After budrot robbed me of finishing my first grow fully, I've had almost PTSD about it lol. Its one reason i choose to top many times, having several budsites rather than 1 or 4 main budsites.
