this is my first harvest and i have gone thru months of preparation. i had 2 huge plants in my flowring room.
the temp. changed from average 23c to about 14-15 at night. could this temp change cause it to transgender.

sooo.... there is no sign of hermie NOW?

yes your temp change is drastic. but if you are in the 5th week of flowering and you don't see any male flowers, you are in pretty good shape...

keep a close eye out for male flowers and hopefully you can gently pic off any male flowers if they should COME..

So a hermie doesn't have to be removed from the room, just simply remove the male sac(s)?

I'd say it's more likely the genetics

then 2nd...maybe a small light leak in your flower room

3rd...could be the timer snafu.

4th...you were just damn unlucky this time out. Try different genetics and go again...

You can let a hermie go if there are no other flowering plants in the space/nearby...or..if there aren't too many flowers you can pick them off before they open. Sometimes you'll only see a few...other times there's so many I would just chop and cut my loses.

good luck

no they are 2 different strains, k2 and some northern lights strain. thats the thing the bud on both of them was fantastic, but then as i was down inspecting the lower branches i found a few seed on one and male parts on both. nearly started crying. i have begun to make twice daily inspections to remove any male pollen filled parts.
