Cops are allowed to enter your property without a warrant if they observe contraband or paraphernalia in plain view...

And you're correct llltimelll, I am friends with a good many police officers... I find it better to be their friend than to be their enemy, being open with my friends about my smoking pot has only opened their eyes in good ways, I consider what I do a favor to many who come in contact with my police friends... as they are more tolerant and understanding, willing to overlook simple possession charges and what not.

Unless, you are an asshole to them... then I don't blame them for what they'll do next, every cop I've met has come to me with a respectful tone... I oblige and return the favor.

It is good to be friends with cops just friends not informants theirs a big difference it could really pay off,telling them to suck your dick everytime they ride by is not a good idea I know assholes who always do that shit and there constantly in and out of jail.Unfortunately I can never be friends with a cop from what the majority of them did to me.I do know a ex cop and she's a very good friend of mine but she quit because how fucked up in the head her so called partners were.They would plant drugs,money and guns all on people she told me some fucked up story'sAll in all its better to be respectful towards them no matter how much of an asshole roid pumpin bitch they are.

You can't tell someone not to acknowledge the cops. If you didn't know they were coming, I can almost guarantee that you had lights on and some electronic that makes noise, ie. T.V. or Radio. When a cop knows your home and you don't answer, a lot of them make an excuse to kick in your door, ie. they say they heard a scream or that they know you abuse drugs and suspected you od'ed. When you step outside to talk to them, tell them you consent to nothing. When they ask if other people are there tell them yes, but you will not allow them to disturb your guests. Next tell them to leave the property and not to come back till they have a warrant. Never say more then that and be respectful when saying it. Worst case scenario they come back with a warrant. Remember nothing you can say to them will ever help you, even if they say admit now and we can help you, they WON'T. There are so many minor crimes, that you don't know about that, they will charge you with. Everyone's biggest mistake is talking to them, because even the most honest person in the world has broken some old B.S. law that they unknowingly admit to.

truth is if they are pricks, u have a better chance if you stay inside and keep them out NO MATTER WHAT......the procedures and protocol for breaking your door down is a lot more involved than wut u explained.....if u go outside, its much easier for them to arrest you for interferring with police investigation, public intoxication, disturbing the peace, etc...if your at the window saying your fine, now go away, they have a lot more trouble explaining to their bosses that you overdosed or wutever you said.

I'm not sure what caused it yet. I'm pretty sure it was a snitch. So far I have a couple people who might have motive. And there's another without motive, but she's dissappeared, and hasn't been seen at work lately. That and they found my power bill to be abnormally high lately. The cops were retarded though. They told me I either didn't have anything serious, or I was very good at hiding it. They ransacked my house and didn't find the two beauties I was praying they would miss.

In my opinion if you get offered probation, take the jail time. Probation is horrible, do a lil research in your area about how many people on probation end up violating it in some way and being placed in jail. Your worst case scenario would be county time, and that's a walk in the park honestly.

It really depends on how fucked up your P.O. is.I think parole is better because your under the state not some asshole P.O. but if all your doing is county time you dont have to worry about parole you can only get parole if you get sent up state.I to would take the county time over probation

Nah. I don't sell. It's fucked up. They act like they are trying to get drugs off the street, then they give out stupid fuckin felonys like this that makes it to where the only job people can get is to sell.

The felony most likely won't stick, unless you have neighbors that would testify that they were often smelling marijuana smoke from your home. If your neighbors have been making repeated complaints then it will be considered felony nuisance, at least that's what happened to a close friend of mine. But regardless of all that county jail is much easier then probation. You do your county time and when ya get out no probation. Say you get a 3 year probation sentence, you'll be paying fee's non stop and they have the right to enter your home day or night without a warrant. Of faced with county time or probation, always choose county time.

I seriously doubt it was a complaint. All the neighbors like me, and I never ever smoke outside.
