Fuck this calculus class. No matter how many problems i do this shit never clicks for me. fuck your anitiderivates, fuck your partial fractions, fuck your trigonometric identity, fuck integration parts and suck my dick volumes of graphs.....venting, trying to pass this shit so i can finally graduate.

are you into architecture? man i use to hate my math classes, but thanks to a really good chemistry professor who showed us some really neat tricks, i learned to love math...

love it man, it is the only way

nah not architecture, Chemistry. Ive been trying to love it but it just isnt sinking in lol. Ive had the professor be4 for 2 other classes and he really seems to like me so i think he would pass me anyway, but i wouldnt mind actually understanding it as well. My avg is good at the moment but we have an exam comming up and its going to rape me senseless. ill keep at it.

cool, basic chem or upper level stuff?

I only took chem 1 and 2, but our professor was good and showed us good techniques... do you use dimensional analysis?

if you think that sucks, stay away from linear algebra. an entire semester of math and there was never a single number involved.

upper lever chem, I'm actually done with all my chem credits (orgos, analytical, inOrgo, thermo, pchem, quant...etc) I just have this Calc class and biochem holding me back, biochem is a joke compared to this class, at least fOr me it is. Chems and bios make sense to me but all this Calc bullshit is like reading a different language...and thank go I don't have to take linear algebra, math majors in my class are constantly bitching about it so I'm sure it's no fun at all. Ide rather do a 5hr chem lab on Friday afternoon then math lol.

I was a pro chemist. I grooved on organic chem. P-Chem was an almighty drudge ... it didn't help that our quantum prof was the classic exemplar of the bucktoothed geek who thought enormous polynomials were inherently cool. Get some of those equations moving at a walking pace, and they can take your arm clean off ... cn

Same here with my quant professor. Pretty sure he busted a nut one class talking about how ingenious the schrodinger equation was.
