Ah, I know that goal. Still working on it everyday. Sometimes its just sharing my gratitude with a smile or kind word. Other times its helping the disadvantaged ... All while keeping my eyes open to the real world.
It really is infectious. Some exploit it for odd gains. I may just be another shroom minion or similar though. My empathy factor is still pretty much off the charts in comparison to far to many.
Having the lack of worry about needing to work without consequence does help quell so many demons that infest our minds. Though far too many seem to look for the wealth without work, which always makes me think of Ghandi.
Perhaps too pedantic, but: "Be the change you want to see in the world." Seems to sum up what I was thinking vs his roots of violence thing.
Even though some may see a vent thread, I saw a call for rational thought.
Darnit, now I want a fortune cookie. Sure. They taste horrible usually. But there is something about cracking one open that signals a happy transition ...
