FUCK amazon, 1-day shipping is a fucking lie

I ordered something specifically to be ordered in one day. I made the order yesterday. It was a 37 dollar shipping fee for 1-day delivery. and the Estimated time of arrival is in FOUR fucking days. I need the item in 2 days from now. I would have paid the fucking regular shipping and handling im sure it would have taken just as long to deliver.

My point is, I've emailed amazon and gotten the auto-response e-mail, the help section is of NO help, and I see no phone number to call, nor know the carrier that is going to have my package. It is nothing illegal, it is an anniversary present.

What do i do?? Any help? Please, much appreciated..

A 50 dollar item ended up costing 90 and NOT coming when I needed it, not even the 3 days I had allotted to receive it. I want my FUCKING money back amazon, fuck you for having no customer service help at all

I feel for you man but what can you do ..ordering online always has its ups and downs..file a complainant .but that might take forever to resolve..GET FLOWERS ...

More likely than not you ordered from someone else (through amazon). Has it been shipped already and it's going to take that long? Or will it be a few days to process the order, and then ship?

Sucks your anniv. present might be late. I pay $79/yr for prime shipping (usually free 2 day shipping) and they've never let me down. Only time I've had issues is when the company selling the product was fucking up.

I got through to someone.. they say they will refund my shipping after the product arrives.. but can't do anything about it arriving when it does. Thanks for listening to me rant. I hate orders sometimes.

Did you order it on the weekend when they don't ship?

Did it get processed before the weekend? Some places don't process orders past early afternoon, if for some reason that it didn't get done on friday, you'd have to wait for the next business day. It sucks, but some companies just don't get it done quick.

except for the stress of it all, I'm glad everything worked out bro..... Just furthers my resolve of not paying extra to get things shipped "quicker"
