Honestly run a pack of beans from any breeder with modern genetics and a good rep and youre going to get some frosty af phenos, that's not everything though... I've seen silly icy phenos, like im talking crazy trich production that had the best bag appeal you'd ever seen but they smoked like shit and had weak potency and not great terps, key is finding phenos that are all around heaters with great terp profiles. My friends won't even puff on anything that doesn't have good terps, anything with shit terps is thought of as trash even if it looks amazing.I am on a never ending hunt for frostier indica leaning buds... Bingo, this is one of the frostier strains I have run, gorilla butter x banana butter cups. Frosty AF, but very limited terps (still only 1 month in cure) and I dont know if its a good daytime smoke with focus or its just not getting me high lol. But great bag appeal. I also remember some of the shittiest looking strains being heavy hitters. I feel we live in the days of IG weed where as Agassi would say "image, is everything". All about the photo appeal to drive seed sales IMO.Honestly run a pack of beans from any breeder with modern genetics and a good rep and youre going to get some frosty af phenos, that's not everything though... This is properly frosty. You're off the ban list.Bingo, this is one of the frostier strains I have run, gorilla butter x banana butter cups. I wouldn't grow it if someone paid me.I would pay a lot of money for a cutting of that
I dont know why you would...I got it as a free snip. I'm not even running it anymore. I test ran it in a tent separate from main grow... it it was nice but nothing crazy. Don't think it warrants the hype, lot of people I know dont really like mac1(caps cut)I would pay a lot of money for a cutting of that
I have a few buddies that ran it and it only stayed for a couple runs.I dont know why you would...I got it as a free snip. I'm not even running it anymore. Dude youre 100% right about how slow it was in veg...holy fuck completely forgot about that...Its definitely why it's not around anymore, it was a slug in veg for sureI have a few buddies that ran it and it only stayed for a couple runs.
Not that it's bad but it is a slow/not vigorous cut that doesn't breed worth a shit.
Hard pass. I've got so much better shit to run it ain't funny.
I'd just say dialing in your environment is the most important to get in check. You want great temps and an ideal Relative humidity for growing indoors. I'd say once you can to that then concentrate on genetics and phenos that work well for you're situation. I think adding co2 and running a sealed room helps but you can find phenos that will kill it in grow tents with a passive air system just basically running a inline and carbon filter.Pretty much 90% of the people in here are some of my favorite posters. Wish I could figure out how to get into that high end game. I buy expensive gear but really only have space for 4 (legal) plants and I’ll do a few more but man popping one seed off a 250 dollar pack just doesn’t seem to be the way. A crapshoot at best. Rather spend that money on one reputable frosty producer….. open to ideas.
Good posts and pics in here.
I need to get a new exhaust fan man. The one I have now going through the roof doesn’t have a dial so it’s full blast and quite dry environment I won’t lie. Way more humid (and way more quality) at work. Need to work on my room environment 100%. Need to find a large humidifier that will take care of my needs without running dry before the work day is over. But as I mentioned, any humidity I do achieve is immediately dissipated by this full blast exhaust fan.
