There is no correlation between THC level and impairment, so 5 ng is an unscientific, arbitrary number with no base in fact, no similar limit is set for many substances with much more risk. Says his brother can go into an almost blackout rage in a split second over trivial things. Claims his brother is a monster and that he's scared his brother will come after him for coming out about him.
Exactly the kind of person who applies to become a cop. They need to go up the ladder and see who fucked up in hiring this tool. Fire them too.
