So worst case ill have the 1 x Greenhouse Seeds Cheese fem

1 x Auto Roadrunner fem
and if it sprouts 1 x Haze reg

Would you say keep the light away and spray/water once per day for the next lot?

I would say get a thermometer and play things by ear until then. I know a lot of people get excited and start popping beans before they're properly equipped, but having the right gear means you can spend more time monitoring your babies and less time piecing together a complete op. Not sure if I asked already, but do you have a TDS/EC meter as well? You'll need one to monitor your nutrient solution concentration.

Yes I got one of those "never have to calibrate" wand EC meters. Thermo on the way too. Hopefully they recover but new seeds on way if they die.

Number 3 is still upright and although the stem looks thick and strong still its a purple/brown colour, is that healthy? There has been no change since yesterday with it.

Thinks ill do with next batch:

PH adjust the tissue used for germination

PH adjust the Root Riot cubes i put the seeds into after germ.

Only put the seeds into the RR 1/2 cm and cover the top as normal.

Water once per day? But how much? With PH adjusted water. Do I moisten the cube and mist the sprout?

I now have the cups, they go on when put thr seed into the RR until sprout was it? Would leaving it on for a few days hurt?

Everything sounds fine. Here's the deal with the cups, they're not entirely necessary but they provide an unsprouted seed with humidity(when you mist the inside of the cup), but they only need it before they sprout. As for watering, keep the cube moist before they sprout, from then on water as I've indicated previously, wait until the top of the cube dries between waterings. A fixed watering schedule serves people more than it serves the plants, though after a while(and a couple of grows) you'll just know when to water.

So use the propagator till a healthy sprout? Dont they need some humidity as a sprout as clones do? They cubes get dry quick in my tent, even with top of it open.

I keep mine in the propagator for two weeks, usually enough time to develop a decent root system. Once they sprout, no humidity dome is necessary. Clones require a dome because they don't have roots yet, moisture can be absorbed from the foliage. You want to let the cubes dry out a bit between waterings to encourage the roots to grow and seek out water. If they're constantly hydrated they'll be deprived of oxygen and likely die.

That one that didnt move for a few days seems to be growing new leaves, the old 2 looking dark & rubber looking.

My tent is 1x1x2 metres

The tray is 70cm x 40cm and thw flow will be long ways.

I have germinating right now:

3 x Big Buddha femz

1 x Dinafem Roadrunner Auto fem

I also have a Trainwreck & Easy Ryder, both auto femz

Will 7 fit on that tray? I can get 6 just under 1 foot away from each other but the 7th is a struggle. Is it possible?

Really depends how long you veg. Another problem with starting different strains at different times is that they're not all going to be ready at once. There's only so much you can do with one tent and one light. Seven plants can be squeezed in there if you don't let them get over around 30cm before switching to 12/12. I've squeezed eight plants in my tent, which is the same size as yours and it was pretty tight in there(they were all about 1.2m). For the size plants that I like to grow, I've found that five plants is the sweet spot.

Ive added a pic of my setup.

1 metre square tent.

Tray is 79 x 40cm.

I was thinking of modifying my base and buying another tray the same, and having them side by side and splitting the water with a T piece, the pump is decent.

Good idea? More spread out over the tent that way.

How would you arrange the plants? ..3 auto's....4 cheese (if that one survives)

That lone survivor is fighting on so it looks like there will be 7.

Also, can you take branches off that aint getting light?

Take branches off a heatlhy and mature plant? Only if it's the bottom 1/3 of the plant, and I would hesitate to even do that. I went a little overboard with my first grow and pruned the shit out of my plants. Things went much better the followring grow when I pretty much let them be and only lightly pruned bottom branches before switching to 12/12. Arrange the cubes however you like. Not very crucial at this point. I can't really offer any input about reconfiguring your setup. Do what you think has a good chance of succeeding. Now is not the time for experimentation.
