From cup to pot

so I had three beautiful super healthy plants that turned out to be all male... So being as frustrated as I was ( many of you understand what I mean...that was my whole grow! ) I bought 420 carat (65% sativa 35% Indica ) feminized... All five sprouted and are currently in solo cups which leads to my question... Would a 2 gallon pot be too big to transplant into from the solo cup ... This will be her final home ... And tell me what you think it's the end of day 3

Leave them in the cups for now. Do not Transplant until atleast week 2, right now they're way too fragile and will probably die. So far they look great though, just some stretching, maybe get a few more lights for them. Also make sure to bury those long stems once you transplant. Good luck!

To answer your question yes it will be fine to transplant into two gallons when the time comes. Too early yet.
Thank you ... I just want to reduce any root bounding that would slow down growth and in the past I've had plants that went from Pete moss cups to a two gallon bucket and water became stagnant so I would try to flush it out with fresh water but it then started showing signs of stress and died so I began using smaller amounts to water and that worked but it's too easy to over water/ underwater when they are in too large of pots ... So that's why I started to use solo cups... And in terms of lighting its under 400w of MH all 5 kinda stretched a bit so I lowered the lights and added soil around the stems for more support

If you are talking final pot id go to 3 gallon fabric pots instead of 2 gallon plastics, you can grow trees in those fabric pots without roots binding up on ya
I know and that's a great idea but I'm limited on space I can get a 3-4 foot beauty out of a 2 gal but if I do 3 gallon they would definitely out grow the space but yeah right they would be magnificent ... Also because their 420 carat femmed ... 85 for 5 seeds and all 5 took but too late for out doors so in they must be
