Yea that's not good... if you overdry your buds, curing will do next to nothing. To bring out the taste and smell of your harvest you need to naturally and slowly dry your product until when sealed in a mason jar, the humidity stays between 60-65%. If you quickly dried it or over dried it, I wouldn't expect it to ever gain much of a "dank" smell or smoother smoke.. sorry.

But as stated, curing is Extremly important!! The best genetics grown fantastically will still be substandard product if not dried and cured properly!!! I definitely recommend reading up on proper drying and curing if your want to bring out the full potential of your finished product!! Best of luck :)

So..... the grade of the final product is 50% drying and curing...

I actually wanted to dry it fast so i put my buds in paper towl... i thought it could absorb the humidity and put it in front of my fan to keep everything dry... today y buds smell less toxic...the stems are bending but not like crack...should i put them into my jars and wait???

When you dry too fast you are never gonna get the true smell and taste from the bud. You want a slow dry and atleast a 2 week cure before i consider it done

Being as you fast dried It I cant really say how its going to end up. Drying usually takes days (atleast 3-5).

Drying and curing can make all the difference between average weed. And good weed. Flavor and aroma are half the fun of growing and smoking. No point smoking arse flavored green.

How long have your been curing? I'm still watching my first buds develop. Its aroma and taste should develop more the longer it cures.

ive put them in the jar just 2 hours before....ive opened about 3 times to just let some fresh air get inside cause they were drying in front of the fan for just a day and they were not fully dried. but dry to the feel....the other one i ve cut about 15 days before lost everything of her smell..she was not healthy when i harvested...anyway...im thinking of getting a lil bit of hash of her.... but how??? does anyone know any fast easy way for less than 20 grams of weed ?

Look up Qwizoking on here and his methods. Cheap, Quick, Makes glass like shatter if you keep everything cold. Here's a place to start: http://rollitup.org/t/my-first-iso-attempt.884623/#post-12015388

Dude you should check out the harvest and cure section. Their are a lot of different techniques and something should fit for your situation.

But at least, don't ever put a fan directly on the bud's, it's OK to have a fan near by, but not directly on. Also you should get some hydrometers for your jars , I got mine on eBay for 3.25$ each. And be patient. This is not the time to get in a hurry.

Of course. Curing eases the taste, brings back all the flavors and aromas one associates with bud.
IF and only if they are properly cured that is. Again, putting over dried buds in a jar is not curing... its putting buds in a jar.

the fruit aromas are the smell of the weed. The aroma associated with cannabis is the result of terpenes, which are also responsible for the smell of fruits and other plants. It's not unusual in the plant world for different plants to produce the same terpenes, lemon thyme for example tastes just like lemon because it produces the same terpene. It's also not unusual for the smell to change as it grows and as it cures.

I take my buds off, trim all leaves but the sugar leaves, and lay them out in a single layer in a cardboard box with the lid shut til the surface is dry but the stem is a little bendy then I clip them off the main stems into jars with boveda 62's for three weeks then I remove the pack and let the jar air out before putting the lid back on
