(Fresh) Tap Water and Hempy?

I have previous "experience" growing organic in soil and I am about to switch to Hempy/Hydro with Perlite, Vermiculite or Coco.

As most will usually do when they grow, they leave tap water out for at least 24hrs to let the chlorine evaporate. In an organic grow, I can see the chlorine really bad since it might kill-off the beneficial bacteria. So and this is what I did for the past year.

Now I am switching to Hydro with the GHE nutes, FloraBloom,Gro, Micro etc. which I understand is not organic so I don't need to worry about killing beneficial bacteria w/ chlorine from the tap water, correct?

If I don't need to worry about harmful bacteria since the GHE nutes w/ my Hydro are mineral/chemical, does it mean it would be ok to use "fresh" tap water for watering my Hempy buckets?

I still understand it would be better to leave tap-water out in buckets for 24hrs/48hrs, but just wondering whether fresh tap water is not just big a deal in Hydro as compared to organic?
