Fresh Frozen Ice Water Extraction for tincture?

My dad has ALS - and I'm trying to get him some quality product in his system as quick as I can. I have several CBD Critical Mass about to hit it's peak growing stage. I'm thinking about splitting it up and process most of it into tincture and pills.

I've never made either out of ice water extraction but as I understand it - I can harvest and directly freeze the plant - extract the trichomes - dry the hash and use it directly. Is there anything I am missing from this scenario?

You should decarb if using orally

sorry to hear.. My dad passed away from ALS 8 years ago. I know the feeling... I don't know about the tincture though. Good Luck

You definately want to decarb it for oral use.

I always decarb and have had great results with dry herb. What I'm wondering is about a fresh frozen Ice water extraction - I want to get this 1:1 CBD/THC product in his system as fast as I can.

Yes you can you fresh frozen material.

I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your father, it's a horrible disease. It took a lot of finesse in my talk to get him to even try it, but since he has My father has had great results with cannabis, he's in his 80's and had all that preconceived horror about the evil weed. Cannabis undeniably works better than any drug out there. Within 30 mins of a vape session, his paralyzed vocal cords start working again, his hands and legs start functioning better and his mental state is better. It has slowed his overall progression dramatically.
