I believe we care way too much about every one's problems and
not enough about our own.
We hand out to any one that we think needs it WTF we think we're A Socialist Country to the world.
But then it comes to home and helping here we say sure how can I help??

Do you actually own tibet to give away? I'll be happy to take it off your hands for you. lol, i know, lame joke but i had to do it. Honestly I havent given much thought to it recently but sure, why not? I'll support it. china hasnt given up yet though even when people cared/remembered about it so i dont really see any reason for them to do so now though. maybe if something big goes down, but then people are focused on the middle east right now and i doubt it would bring much attention. not to mention china would supress anything getting out if possible.

I too find it disturbing we can give billions away yet cant have universal healthcare or upgrade our infrastructure. Instead we give it to countries that hate us(alot of what we give is weapons, dont even make them have to try when they turn on us, Afghanistan or iraq anyone?) and are going to turn on us when it no longer suites them. saudi arabia and pakistan are the 2 that worry me the most. Allies my ass. Then we'll have to spend another trillion dollars and give all kinds of aid to people in the region who will help us against their enemies even though they hate us. Yeah, but you see, america gives weapons too dictators/ unstable countries with a potential for wealth (ie oil) and then come into "save the day" therefore making a fat profit, while producing a good image

I agree with the person who said we need to start caring for our nation first! We need to take care of our poor ,, our hungry our sick our elderly our injured.
So I say fuck tibet ,and fuck all this $$ United states is giving these fucking country's money to fight terrorism when really they are corrupt and support it!
We need to focus on our gloomy nation, because if we dont, How long CAN it last?

One World, One Nation, One People. Nationalism is one of the dumbest ideals in the world. Creating faux-differences among people using invisible, arbitrary lines drawn in the sand is just silly. A Utopian world would not be chopped up into tiny countries. People should take care of each other regardless of where they're from. We should work as a people to evolve, not squabble over nationalism. I may be idealistic, but not naive, I'm aware this would never happen.

That would be great, but it can never happen as youve said. It's not just us humans, its all of nature. Thats what drives all of this. Animals fight all the time, as the most evolved animal(we know of,lol) why would we be any different? Ive thought of it so many times and no matter what we do i dont see it happening. Even if most of the world we're to die and all that remained we're a group of survivors who did so because of cooperation it would only be a matter of time before conflict would arise. If you were to try to save the world by killing or converting all who believed different than you it would still fall apart with time. (it sounds fucked up but if some group of people could take over the whole world and force peace unto everyone by killing all who dont agree so the whole world was at peace for a few thousand years is it worth 10 or 20 years of death and destruction would it be worth it? I often ponder that.)
