Freaking out here

Scored these 2 clones(Cherry Kush & Kryptonite) about 2 months ago in soilless medium. After a week in my veg area I repotted them using good organic Whitney Farms soil. I always add a 4/1 ratio of potting soil with vermiculite for more water retention. Ever since I've been battling whatever it is thats causing my baby's to get these dark spots, receiding green color eventually leaving a dry crispy dead leaf(s). Ph is 6.4, humidity in the room is pretty consistant at 20-30% unless it rains, then it gets up to 65% at its highest. Just last week I repotted them into 2.5 gal bucket using FF Happy Frog mix and things looked great for about 5 days. New GREEN leafs began to jump out the top and roots quickly became seen thru the drain holes. Now for reasons unknown to me its all coming back........I know 1 of my early problems(weeeeeks ago) was a nute burn, flushed 3 times in 5 days and ever since I went to 1/4 tsp per gal of my nutes every 3 watering, or unless they look hungry.

The 1st couple pics are from a couple weeks back and the last 1's are from just 2 days ago.

I've posted my problem on My Grow page, its been days and no replys. So now I'm forced to bribe with +reps to those who can offer me good advice how to fix it.

I had something that looked just like that on my last couple of grows, it drove me nuts trying to figure out what it was. I kept thinking something wrong with the enviroment, nutes, water quality, etc. Nothing I tried cleared it up. I finally tried treating it as a fungas, with Spectraside and removing damaged, affected leaves. This seemed to be the solution and the cause. I read somewhere that there are over 1000 seperate fungases and molds that will latch onto marijuana. This particular mold/fungas that was giving me such hell was a form of Rust. It is in the enviroment, and as far as I can tell, you just have to keep treating for it with a good fungaside. I cleaned and disinfected my grow room, flower room and every utinsil, and planter. And still it showed up. The conclusion I reached was that I will just have to keep my babies as healthy as possible, and treat for fungas on a regular basis.

I may be wrong, its been known to happen

General macro-deficiencies...give it a general purpose fert. at slightly below label rates and wait 3-5 days before attempting other adjustments/amendments. Use the "K.I.S.S" method. Since many of the lower leaves are so chlorotic/necrotic it is unlikely that they will show signs of much improvement and the plants may simply cast them. New growth should appear within a week or so after feeding but be judicious with amounts given. Much like a bad haircut, less is more.

Sadly the cherry kusk died or was dam near there it only had 2 live leafs left yesterday so I cut her. She may have been able to revive but at this point it was a 1.5' tall twig with 2 leafs left so I said F@*K IT!

Lost my internet for a bit there. Thanks for the responses everyone. Yesterday I fill a 5 gal bucket with water I've always used from a misting system filter, to let off even more chlorine from the tap. Today I watered with with a slight increase on my nutes(just onder a half tsp) from my previouse 1/4 tsp plus 1/4 tsp of cal/mag. In addition I bought a new bottle of Safer neem oil and have begun treating for whatever fungi/mildew could also be affecting progress.
