Freaking out! Have i got Bud Rot?

im freaking out, lot of leaves have fallen off and now it simply looks a bit rotten?

i don't see anything that look like mold or rotten, the leaves are turning yellow and dying is normal, maybe a lil early but still normal.

does it stink, where is it rotten, i just see a plant that is close to being done.

i donno man it feels quite dry and gray and shit! its supposed to look orange and nice? This is my first grow, i just came back home after a week work and im a lil in shock of how the plant is!

Give us more info, how long are these ladies been flowering? how far do you maintain your lights? what temp and moisture do you have? how often do you water/feed? do you mist your plants? I don't think your buds are rotting but that they are suffering from an excess of heat and salt built up. To some extent and toward the end of the flowering stage, leaves tend to die because the plant focus on its flowers rather than maintaining foliage, however the leaves and especially the fan leaves are the lungs of the plant and are vital for the full development. To me, it seems that the plant is not ready yet, I can still see a bunch of white hair and would say you are in the 5th to 6th week of flowering process, my guess would be an excess of heat/light combined with over watering and salt built up, but hey it's a guess ... give + info.

give a light tug on all those yellow & dead leaves if they come off easy trash them, all they are doing is blocking light. looks light it got pretty hot, make sure its drinking water and i am pretty sure it will finish up just fine , the lower buds don't look done yet

ok here's the info,

Its under a 400W hps light about 40 CM from the plant together with a 125W blue light CFL

IT gets water every 2 days about 1 litre

I dont mist the plant.

I think i started flowering round may 30th, maybe even a bit before that. So i think they should be like 6 to 8 weeks into flowering.
They are standing in a attic where temps can get round 30°C !
Generaly they sort of have 27°C

i don't see anything about a fan get some air movement.

You say you been away for a week working ?....no water ?

What about your ventilation? are you sure they get plenty of fresh air or it is like my attic, enclosed, dry and with poor ventilation?

it may get 30 C in the attic but under that lamp i bet it was much hotter.

its only got a verry small fan. its in a stealth closet but the doors are open, and also there is 1 window open.. thats about it?
Didnt think ventilation was that important since both of the closet doors were open.. I can take a pic of the closet situation if yo uwant

If it was under watering the leaves would have fold over to save moisture and it would show on the dead leaves, I see bunch of tips flipping up and kinda burnt up. Are you sure the person you left in charge did the right thing?

yes it is very important, your plant got way too hot, no worries, just pull that dead stuff off and finish it up, try and get a better fan.

no sir im not, i left a person in charge, from what i get from him is that he gave water till the dirt was moist enough.. about half a litre each day..

Unfortunately at this stage you can't do much, something happened and fucked up the plants, no worry you'll still enjoy the smoke but take notes for future crops. Also it worries me that what you say doesn't add up, Anyway, I would start by :
1. Flushing the plants with 3 times the volume of the container.
2. Cut the nuts, now!
2. Bring more ventilation, use fan or whatever to force the circulation of fresh air.
3. Your lights are too low, give about 60 to 80cm until they improve.
4. To water, use the weight technique and water until the plant drains about 10% of the original amount.
5. Remove the dead or dry leaves.
6. Smoke a huge fat bowl and don't worry you got 2 weeks to go, sit tight!

Tell to your friend "bullshit", he forgot to water and to open the window, temp got to 35 or more for a very long period, he came 2 or 3 days after and plants were dying, he freaked out and drown the plants (dead gray colour) and did not ph the water (twists), plus he probably thought he could give double dose of nuts since he forgot last time, see yellow brownish tips flipping up! So the first lesson to learn is that if you want to grow, make sure you can take care of your girls and do not rely on anybody else. After many crops, you will understand this is not an exact science, you need to read your plants everyday and see how you can improve their health. However and by the size of your colas, you started pretty well! no worry we've all been there!

hey man thanks a lot for your time and help!

I just went up there and hung the lights at max hight! i still cant get them higher then 43 CM, so i ve sort of moved them away from the lamp, instead of directly under it. they are sort of next to it now.
Have stopped feeding a week ago.
Do i only flush 1 time?
Have placed the biggest fan i could find in the house and put it on a safe distance from it. The plant now gently waves in the wind, also reopend the window permanently!
Could you explain the weight technique pls?
Removed all the yellow leaves! ( now got sticky fingers!)

Is there hope?
