FoxTailing - Is that what's happening here?

Evening All.

Since you lovely people have been so helpful in the past, I'm going to continue to learn from your vast collective experience.

I'm a new grower, so it's possible that now that Ive reached this critical point in my plant's development, I'm hyper vigilant as ti it's wellbeing. Having said that, I'd rather not take any chances.

This is a perfectly happy healthy plant. I've recently switched it to flower, and am seeing the start of the flower form in the first image. But as I look further down, I notice new white hairs. On one hand I think
1. "Well Great! This represents new bud locations."
2. "Well Great! This is how nice, big, potent buds usually form."
3. "Well ... Shit ... Is this lady getting' all foxy on me?"

Again, I defer to your collective wisdom and look forward to your thoughts.

Peace.
