Foxtailing good or bad

more foxtails / stacking calyx
it is more common with sativa dominated strains especially hazes
some folk think its pretty, others are not so keen
overall if the calyx are still dense/hard its not a problem

it can be a disadvantage in some cases plants foxtail because of heat stress
if there is a fair amount of stem and leaves among the foxtails then again it is not so nice as
a regular cola without the foxtails, its a density thing

Depends on WHY it's foxtailing!

Some strains just do it-- it is in their geneitics- especially Sativas...

But some will do it because of heat stress...
if it is a strain you've grown before or you know others who have and it is NOT know to do it...
then you need to do something about the heat- maybe move it to a slightly shadier spot when the temps are over 85-90f in direct light....

In some strains Foxtailing adds weight-- others- it makes open and fluffy... again-- all in the genetics and environment. ;)

But they look healthy and happy... if they aren't showing any other signs of stress-- leave em be! ;)
