FoxFarm Soil, When to Start Nutes?

My first clone (Darkstar) has been growing for 2 weeks now in a 1 gal pot of FoxFarm Ocean Forest soil. She is showing a ton of new growth, over the past few days she has developed new branches at pretty much every node, I'm not sure if this is normal or not? I'm trying to determin when I should start giving her nutrients. All I have givin her so far has been water w/ a half dose of Superthrive. I have Technaflora's recipie for success kit, growing indoors under 6300K T5 lamp.

I also have 6 plants, approx 2 weeks after sprout. I topped one of the seedlings at 12 days old to see what id does. Any thought's on this is appreciated as well.

nute at 3 weeks, start with a light feeding.... ffof soil already has some goodies in it

agreed...i grow in the same soil, and when i first started even at 2 weeks, i would see signs of nute burn...typically i wait anywhere from a month to 5 weeks...kinds depends on the plant too...some can take it earlier then others, but in general i wouldnt hit them with anything in that soil earlier then week 4...even at 3 weeks may be pushing it.

I have read some articles that suggest adding bloom nutes but to avoid adding nitrogen.

never read that, and have given veg. nutes in that soil, and never really had a problem but i always start off at quarter strength...flowering sometimes gets crazy because i hammer the nutes to them, but i specifically remember a time when i gave them "grow big" and 2 weeks later i was a flushing fool because i had nitrogen claw, and the 1st. and second actual sets of leaves were almost strait yellow, and wilted...so in a way it makes sense...if your vegging for a month. why use any veg nutes? not worth it to me.

if you can avoid a flush do it...takes to much time, and water.

it will be really easy to tell once you cultivate the same strain a few times... that being said, i would wait at least a month, as stated by others. foxfarm is about as how as you want a medium to be, but i, personally, do add a cal/mag to it every other watering.

FoxFarm's website is where I read the tip about adding big bloom to the soil. I'm sure that's a nute for flowering, just curious if I should be adding anything for veg and trying to see what other people are doing.
