FoxFarm Happyfrog included nutes

I'm using ff happyfrog soil for my plants, and have jacks classic all purpose/bloom booster nutes queued up.

What day should I start giving some nutes, as the happyfrog does have some organic nutes included?

I was thinking I'd start very weak nutes, 1/4 tsp, on day 21 maybe (currently on day 14)..

how does this sound? I'm newb but trying hard to avoid burn

Ok one thing ive learned is everyone on here says to start with 1/4 nutes strength whicg i did not do i did full strength which it called for 15ml/4L but i did 15ml/1Gal which is a little diluted not much anf i feed my plants now every watering but now i use half gal with 15ml of nutes my plants should be way nute birned right now but they juat eat em up

happy frog is great ... it's not very hot at all .. so MY advice is to leave them alone, watch them, and see what they need. DON'T add nutes early not two weeks, maybe not even three ..however... happy frog is more of a seed starting soil so i'll guess three weeks after it breaks ground.

but learn to read your plants ...... and ALSO .... don't overwater. Happy Frog has perlite in it but not nearly enough as i think it should.

Attention Mr. Newb. Be very careful of nutes. Using foxfarm, happy frog you will not need any nutes for the first 30 days! Resist the urge to add nutes during this first month. My plant was mature, green, and ready for nutes after 35 days in happy frog. Start with 1/4 strength not teaspoon. Measure it right for the amount of water. Do not use nutes every watering. Use nutes, wait....use plain water on the next watering.....wait.....then plain water again on the third watering then repeat with nutrients. Be sure and look for signs of nute burn after you water. I am just now up to 3/4 strength nutes, and I still see a tiny bit of burn. Resist the urge to over water. Remember to wait a couple days for the soil to dry out inbetween waterings

With the happy frog having all the organic nutes in it, you could probally push it into flower with no nutes. Especially if you use a little molasses (1/4 tsp per gal) and feed the bennies in the soil, Those organic nutes are quick and slow release so if you feed with molasses the mycorizzae with be able constantly process new nutes, However pot size is a factor. If your plant is pretty well rooted through the whole pot there is a good chance its running your soil out of nutes, But if you know that your plants still have room to root out, let them go get the nutes in the soil on there own...PEACE
