So I recently got a soil tester because I was having issues. What water PH does everyone water FFOF with? Some people say use nutes others say dont and let them grow like a flower naturally with tap water. I looked up it up previously and never really got a straight answer on what ph to water. Any suggestions? It was saying around mid 5s on the soil which had me a bit worried.

Hi there...I grow in FF Happy Frog.
Depends on the container size and plant size....generally each stage of up potting has enough nutrients to get through to the next.
Once I'm in my final pot size...5 to 7 gal fabric in milkcrates, I get up to 5 or 6 weeks with only tap if I wish.
Ph anywhere from 6.5 UP to 7.2 or so.
I find the higher side better, as the medium dries, you get a good swing for the nutrients to be fully available for the plant to use.
Water until slight runoff...feed to a good run off, helps avoid salt buildup.
When using nutrients, less is more.
Good luck and happy grows.

Just so you know, most cheap soil testers are crap for measuring ph. I suggest ph test drops for soil.

If 6.2-6.8 is not correct for soil, what would say is?
6.2 is low...rootzone will eventually turn acidic and cause issues...in a good soil, anything above 6.5 and no higher than 7.2 or so is a good zone.
The higher side allows ph swing as the medium dries....this allows all micro/ macro nutrients to be used.
Peace.

So what should I water ph wise to get it back up? i was doing 6.8 for a while but even that caused stress here and there. Should I just flush with tap water till its stabilized and wont bottleneck the plant of nutrients?

Just go to normal routine.
