Fox Farms big bloom or no big bloom?

Hi folks,

Im doing a hempy bucket grow, and using what I have in nutes.. fox farm trio grow big, big bloom tiger bloom. The fox farm hydroponic feeding schedule includes big bloom, but do you really use big bloom in a soilless setup?

yes i use it

plants grew good without it just using grow big and tiger bloom... i got rid of grow big and switched to humboldt and happier... grow big didnt do so good for me in hydro

anyways... when i started using big bloom... plants turned slightly darker green and have excellent growth and seem to appear better than before... especially during flowering it helps to keep the leaves a nice green color and stay healthy

I thank you sir for your experience and sharing it with me. I will add some big bloom tomm at feeding time The fox farms grow chart does say grow big hydro tho not the grow big I have lol.. guess we'll see how that goes

yeah i had the grow big non hydro also and my res got all nasty looking quick
idk if it was because its organic or what but it murked up my water and looked like algae grew easily and i was using h202 and hygrazyme at same time to try to prevent
switched to humboldt and all is well

during flower your primary nutrient should be Tiger bloom and Big Bloom as an additive, all big bloom is is guano, kelp and EW castings with only phosphorous and potassium, no other micros and i believe its all organic, as opposed to tiger where its a well balanced nutrient with some organics and some chems. wanna boost yur yields pick up some beastie blooms, cha ching is cool and open sesame is a waste of $

beastie blooms does seem to help densen buds
chaching def added resin or oils

and i tested open sesame on 1 plant and left another alone
-the one with open sesame, grew shoots and new bud developments about 1 week quicker at the end of a 3 week test, so it def increased the early size of them... plant hasnt finished to get a total comparison
-But i wouldnt say its a waste of money
i got the whole 3 pack for 75$ via ebay so might as well use them all

i hear ya, in my preference i just never focused on high Phos/potash bloom boosters till 2-3weeks into flower, untill we see actual budsites we still need to give veg nutes or a 50/50 mix of veg/bloom nutes, she still requires higher N. i was always a big fan of Cha ching and no matter the base nutes, i always have my FF powders, but to me Beasties was a game changer, i have tried other companies bloom products and nothing comes close
