Forgot to turn my lights off during flower

Was it only once? If so, just resume your schedule and you're fine.

Yes just once so I should leave them on all day then turn off tonight as normal by then they will have had 36 hrs light will that not put back into veg ? Thanks for replying btw

Helpful now you gonna offer some real advice please my plants have had 24hrs light about 10 days into flower was.adviced to keep to schedule then turn of as normal but then they will have had 36 hrs ?

It takes multiple days of extended light to revert back to veg. As I said above, you'll be fine.

Just get right back into schedule again. If its a photo it should pause a little then continue growing again. Youre only 10 days in. I actually done the same on my last grow and it was fine. If its an auto it may affect your yield a bit but it should still be fiiine... dont be doing it again though! and get a timer

Curious why any indoor grower WOULDN'T use a timer? It should be one of the first things you buy IMO.

Yup, only a few bucks. I'd never trust myself to manually turn on or off on a strict schedule, and what if you need to be somewhere else?
