forcing outdoor flowering??

hello fellow advocates of reefer

I live in thailand and i have an outdoor grow op my plants are fully veged and at least 30'' tall and beginning to flower but thats all they are doing

i have the beginnings but its not developing into full flowering stages

i have doubled down on phosphorous and kept up with nutrients should i move them in and outside to get a more solid light cycle?

right now sunrise is about 6 am and sunset about the same give or take a couple mins however my plants arent getting full light all day.

should i move them to a place where they would be?

any help would be greatly appreciated

Sounds like a problem i had few year bak and i ended up miving my plants to another site and lolliepoped them as me season was comin to a end. So by doing this i took about a third of the flowering sites out. Which in turn boosted the rest. Hope this is of some use. All best..oh were thiland u lucky fu#ker
