Hey everyone I have one plant that is 6 weeks old and 4 plants that are around 4 weeks old but I want them all to vegetate and flower at same time is it alright if I keep my 6-week year old plant vegetating for 9 weeks or 10 weeks and then make the switch to flowering stage when 4 plants are 8 weeks old and the one plant is 10 weeks old...? or is it going to throw everything off

They have no idea how old they are! They can't count the days! You will be fine. They are called photoperiod because they get their signal to flower from the amount of time they spend in the dark. Longer nights signal to the plant that the season for growing is over and if she is going to pass on her genetic material she needs to get flowering.
