I didn't read the whole topic so maybe it was mentioned already, but killing the mold won't reduce the toxins they release, they're called Aflatoxin and Mycotoxin.
Yeah maybe eating it would be slightly less dangerous than smoking it, but still no different. There's only 1 thing to do with moldy weed, and that is throwing it away.
