You overdid it on the spray and also note spraying lights on can cause the leaves to get burnt too. It's not the end of the world for them, they'll bounce back and new growth won't be fried, let it grow a bit and pluck away the defected leaves.

General dosing of Epsom Salts in gardening is 1 teaspoon/gal or 1/4 teaspoon/liter

p.s make sure you're using PURE epsom salt (Magnesium sulfate) with no scents/additives.

Yeah its not , it says on the back can be used as fertiliser also
When I foliar spray I use a mix of nitrogen and epsom salt and have never burned plants
Why did you spray in the first place?
it sounds like you recognized issues unrelated to foliar feeding?
Even if it was strong it rinses right off

I had some yellowing lower leaves and i thought since my ph was good and its getting plenty of nitrogen that it might be mag..also i just wanted to see how they reacted ...i didnt think it would hurt if it wasnt mag def so i did it anyway at too high a dose though whoops..

Why do you add nitrogen with it ? Does it prevent lockout or something

I dont think it does rinse right off it got absorbed either that or its a massive coincidence
